    Service Purpose

    Customer service response time promptly, free technical consultation and process support, domestic free delivery, installation and debugging, regular on-site inspection and maintenance services, free equipment operation and maintenance training, and lifelong equipment maintenance.

    1. Brand new equipment commitment

    We guarantee that the NMP recovery device provided is a newly manufactured, unused, and qualified product. Ensure that the main components used in the NMP recovery device are brand new, unused and qualified products produced by reputable manufacturers, and all products can provide factory certificates of conformity.

    2. Confidentiality commitment

    Keep confidential all technical information and parameters related to production processes provided by customers, and do not disclose or use them to third parties. Otherwise, compensate for all economic losses (direct or indirect) caused to customers and assume corresponding legal responsibilities.

    3. After sales service commitment

    Starting from the acceptance of the NMP recovery device, the entire recovery device will be provided with a 12 month free warranty. Within 12 months, any manufacturing quality issues or non-human damage can be covered by free warranty; If the device malfunctions due to customer reasons, the customer will pay for the replacement parts and we will provide free maintenance; Guide customer company personnel to familiarize themselves with and master the device, and provide timely answers to customer questions; Assign professional maintenance personnel to visit regularly or irregularly every year, and guide customers in their daily maintenance work; When there is an abnormal quality situation in the recycling device, we will send professional maintenance personnel to the customer's site for repair promptly after receiving the information; If there is a general malfunction in the recycling device, and upon receiving a call from the customer, if the problem cannot be solved through telephone or remote service, our professional maintenance personnel will arrive at the customer's site promptly to troubleshoot the problem; If there is a functional malfunction in the recycling device, maintenance personnel will troubleshoot it within 3 natural days.

     

    4. Commitment to product spare parts

    We guarantee that the NMP recovery device provided is a newly manufactured, unused, and qualified product. Ensure that the main components used in the NMP recovery device are brand new, unused and qualified products produced by reputable manufacturers, and all products can provide factory certificates of conformity.

    5. Service commitment after the warranty period expires

    Spare parts outside the warranty period shall be provided and repaired in the following ways:

    (1) Low value consumables are provided free of charge;

    (2) Main components such as refrigeration units, surface coolers, fans, water pumps, etc. will only be charged 75% of the cost price within three years; Collect 85% after three years;

    (3) All stages of maintenance labor are free of charge;

    (4) Provide long-term free system software upgrades for the equipment under this contract.

    6. Personnel training commitment

    After the installation and commissioning of the recycling device, provide training to relevant personnel of the customer; Equipped with professional engineers, providing detailed and comprehensive professional training to relevant personnel of customers, so that they can independently operate and use the recycling device; The training schedule will continue until relevant personnel from the client company are able to independently operate and use the recycling device.

    7. Commitment to equipment delivery time and installation and commissioning time

    We guarantee that the delivery time and installation and commissioning time of the recycling device meet the contract and customer's actual usage requirements; We promise to deliver within 25 days and install and debug within 30 days.
