The biggest advantage of the NMP (recovery) system is that the concentration of the treated exhaust gas is below 1mg/m ³ (the exhaust gas recovered by traditional recovery systems is generally around 10mg/m ³), and the second advantage is that the system does not perform deep cooling treatment on the exhaust gas, so the energy consumption is relatively low, which is more than 30% of the energy consumption of traditional waste gas recovery systems."

    This new technology has entered the patent application stage and is expected to create greater social and economic benefits in the coming years. Tianruide's path of technological innovation has never stopped. Its independently developed coating machine NMP exhaust gas recovery system and NMP purification regeneration closed management solution have been widely used in more than 400 lithium battery enterprises across the country, and have been exported to more than ten countries and regions such as the United States and India, demonstrating strong technical strength and international competitiveness.
